Basic Tour and Tasting

This tour helps answer how sake is made where we get our ingredients and a little basic American sake history. Yes, sake has a long history both in Japan and here in America.

  • 60 minutes
  • Walk-through tour of the brewery and the stages of sake making
  • Guided tasting of three types of sake
  • Food is not included or allowed to be brought in by guests
  • $40 + Tax / guest (minimum charge is $200, if 5 guests or less)

Premium Tasting

While we cover much of the same tour as the basic, this premium also spends time on sake tasting. With these little bites, we help explain why sake is different than beer and wine. Want to learn about pairing and tasting then this is the tour for you!

  • 90 minutes
  • Walk-through tour of the brewery and the stages of sake making
  • Guided tasting of six types of sake with pairing experience with small bites
  • $60 + Tax / guest (minimum charge is $300, if 5 guests or less)

Private Party

If you are looking for a different venue to host your birthday, anniversary, team event then this is the package for you. We will walk you and your friends/team through the basics of sake and then let you start to mingle and socialize. We are there to support your private event and let you relax and enjoy.

  • 120 minutes
  • Walk-through tour of the brewery and the stages of sake making
  • Guided tasting of three types of sake
  • Additional sake can be purchased and consumed in the brewery
  • Guests can bring in their own food
  • $50 + Tax / guest (minimum charge is $300, if 6 guests or less)

Virtual Tasting (via Zoom)

  • 90 minutes
  • Walk-through tour of the brewery and the stages of sake making
  • Guided tasting of three types of sake
  • $150 Base charge + $75 / tasting kit

    • Saturday: 12 pm / 7 pm 
    • Sunday – Friday: 11 am – 7 pm

     Important Notes (please read prior to your visit):

    • Inside the brewery is usually colder than outside, so please dress warm.
    • While we recommend visitors to take public transportation, if anyone plans to drive, there should be plenty of nearby street parking available in evenings and on weekends.
    • We ask brewery tour participants to change their shoes into the brewery slippers in the production area, so wearing/bringing socks is highly recommended.
    • No animals are allowed in the brewery.
