Each of the sake found on this page is made in San Francisco following the traditional Japanese art of sake making. Using only the highest quality ingredients: Water (glacier-carved Yosemite water-shed), Organic Rice (grown in California), Heirloom Koji, Native Sake Yeast.  Each sake is Junmai Ginjo.
